PE Global is currently recruiting an Onsite Administrator for a 12-month contract role with a leading manufacturing client based in Stafford.

Responsibilities

  • Collect internal time sheets for the different sites across the UK, consolidate in spreadsheet & file electronically.
  • Reconcile time sheets against online time booking system.
  • Manage Offshore workers timesheets.
  • On Instruction from department leads: Raise request for contingent workers in internal system, liaise with planning department for their assignation on projects management tools, and with IT for their IT equipment & their returns
  • Record purchase request for contingent workers mission in internal systems.
  • Maintain contingent workers status in information systems.
  • On receipt of request from the construction site personnel: obtain quotes from suppliers for Site Services (PPE, cabin rentals, skip hire, tool rental, site consumables & stationaries, test equipment,) and raise resulting purchase request in internalsystem.
  • Followup execution of resulting purchase orders with suppliers, follow consumption and reconcile invoicing.
  • Organizes international travel & maintain register on foreign assignments
  • Prepare Mission Orders / Delegation of Authorities and other internal documents

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative experience.
  • Good computer literacy, MS Office, Word, Excel, SAP ERP.
  • Methodical, organized and structured.
  • Able to deal with several concurrent tasks.
  • Experience working in a multinational company will be benecial.
