PE Global is currently recruiting an Onsite Administrator for a 12-month contract role with a leading manufacturing client based in Stafford.
Responsibilities
- Collect internal time sheets for the different sites across the UK, consolidate in spreadsheet & file electronically.
- Reconcile time sheets against online time booking system.
- Manage Offshore workers timesheets.
- On Instruction from department leads: Raise request for contingent workers in internal system, liaise with planning department for their assignation on projects management tools, and with IT for their IT equipment & their returns
- Record purchase request for contingent workers mission in internal systems.
- Maintain contingent workers status in information systems.
- On receipt of request from the construction site personnel: obtain quotes from suppliers for Site Services (PPE, cabin rentals, skip hire, tool rental, site consumables & stationaries, test equipment,) and raise resulting purchase request in internalsystem.
- Followup execution of resulting purchase orders with suppliers, follow consumption and reconcile invoicing.
- Organizes international travel & maintain register on foreign assignments
- Prepare Mission Orders / Delegation of Authorities and other internal documents
Requirements:
- Strong administrative experience.
- Good computer literacy, MS Office, Word, Excel, SAP ERP.
- Methodical, organized and structured.
- Able to deal with several concurrent tasks.
- Experience working in a multinational company will be benecial.
