**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with the wider marketing team to develop creative ways to activate marketing campaigns and strategies across our existing and new or trending social networks.
- Build social media and community strategies that encourage two-way conversations between our brands and our audiences, customising the messages and approach for different channels while maintaining our brand images.
- Create, build, and engage with online communities across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Identify new and emerging social media channels and trends and work alone or with the team to create engaging content to maximise these opportunities.
- Analyse data and prepare performance reports across channels and collaborators' networks.
- Build a database of content creators. Nurture the relationships, manage the content creation process, schedule content and report on performance.
- Build paid social campaigns that nurture customers through the funnel from education and awareness to brand loyalty.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- At least 2 years’ experience managing multiple social media accounts. Running successful campaigns across different platforms and community management.
- Experience creating content calendars; driving plans that align with wider business goals & objectives.
- Ability to create engaging and conversation-inspiring creative content (video, blogs, posts etc) and post across multiple channels.
- Strong copywriting skills
- Detail-oriented
- Strong familiarity with business functions of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- An understanding of core digital marketing principles including SEO, content marketing, link building, Emarketing, digital PR and PPC and display advertising.
