We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your love for sports with your dedication to supporting students with SEMH needs._**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide tailored support and assistance to students with SEMH needs.
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering personalised learning plans, ensuring each student's individual needs are met.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to implement strategies for managing challenging behaviours and promoting positive social interactions.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field (desired but not essential).
- Experience working with individuals with SEMH challenges (desirable but not essential.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Passion for sports and a creative approach to using sports activities to support learning and development.
- Flexibility, resilience, and a willingness to adapt to the diverse needs of students in a dynamic educational setting.
- Relevant certifications in first aid, safeguarding, or behaviour management are advantageous.
