Marketing Executive

Salary - London: circa £30,000 - £40,000 / National: circa £26,000 - £35,000

A bit about the job:
Join our dynamic General Insurance Go To Market team and play a crucial role in collaborating with the Campaign Manager to define and deliver customer-centric, marketing campaigns aligned with business goals. You will work in an agile manner with teams in the Marketing Centre of Excellence, as well as Data and;
- Digital teams, and external agencies, to develop plans, coordinate delivery, and assess campaign effectiveness. This role offers exposure to large, multi-channel campaigns and a range of stakeholders, making it an exciting opportunity for those with a passion for marketing.

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the GI Go To Market, Campaign Manager to define, deliver and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.- Work closely with specialist teams within the Marketing CoE: Marketing Strategy, Reporting and Planning, CRM, Content and Creative, Digital Marketing and Media, as well as Data and Digital team and external agencies.- Develop strategic marketing plans and campaign briefs, coordinating their delivery with a focus on, customer;
- commercial and brand objectives.- Ability to effectively manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience in end-to-end marketing campaign delivery with proven personal ownership.- Ability and willingness to work at pace in cross-functional teams and prioritise own workload.- Strong stakeholder and project management skills.- Passion for leading innovative marketing activities with a customer-centric focus.- Creative, with an eye for detail and motivation to bring new ideas forward.- Understanding of marketing measurement tools and campaign effectiveness measurement.
