**The Company**

A large global business specialising in commercial construction is looking for a proactive and customer focussed 'go getter’ to join their busy customer service and sales order admin team, as an Inbound Customer Service Advisor.

**The Role**

As the Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you will work alongside another CSA, and seven others in the wider team. This is a vital role to the delivery of service excellence and fulfilment of customer needs. You are ultimately responsible for ensuring a smoothcustomer journey from start to finish. Full training can be given. Main responsibilities:

- Responding to and logging of all incoming website enquiries and sample requests.
- Identifying all relevant drawings/documents received and uploading into CRM.
- Database maintenance of customers and quoted project details on CRM
- Identify and seek customer approval and additional information for cross selling opportunities
- Advise Area Sales Managers of any information which could lead to visit opportunities
- Assisting team with incoming telephone enquiries
- Any other reasonable duties to assist the team.

- Ideally at least one years experience within customer service or admin role.
- Naturally curious with an investigative mindset.
- Good organisation skills.
- Flexibility and ability to prioritise a changing to do list.
- Detail oriented and accurate.
- Trustworthy and reliable.
- Self-motivated.
- Able to work in a team.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good IT Skills - Word, Outlook, Excel, PDFs.
