We are delighted to be working with our client exclusively who are a fast growing technology company with offices throughout the UK.

Valeco Recruitment would love to introduce their permanent opportunity to hire an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team in Edinburgh.

**What will you be doing?**
- **First point of contact based on reception, welcoming visitors and answering telephone calls and enquiries
- Booking meeting rooms, and assisting with tech equipment or catering
- Arranging monthly catch up's with the team
- Preparing and designing slides using PowerPoint
- Inputting accurate information onto the internal CRM system
- Creating sales proposals
- Account reviews, scheduling them with the sales execs and logging all information accurately
- Produce, upload and monitor sales orders and ensure they are processed in a timely manner
- Manage all lease queries internally and externally
- Working closely with both the Sales Director and Sales Team

**What are we looking for?**
- Strong PC skills in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint to an advanced level
- First class presentation and communication skills
- Love working in a team and also managing your own workload and deadlines
- Someone who is up for thinking of new ideas
