BPI Dental is a specialist referral dental practice. We are an established centre of excellence and have been providing dental services for over 20 years. Over this time, the practice has grown, as has our team, which is a reasonably small team of 20 staff (including clinicians). We work closely together as a team to provide a supportive and relaxed working environment.

We are looking for an experienced administrator, ideally with a good working knowledge of databases and spreadsheets. Experience in a dental practice is desirable but not essential.
- Someone who has an excellent work ethic.
- Able to work within a team.
- Be supportive and understanding to patients and team members.
- Have experience dealing with patient confidentiality and information security procedures
- Happy to help drive and improve the Practice
- Have previous experience of working as an administrator

**Employment duties include**:

- Perform a high quality administration service to ensure patient satisfaction and maximum contribution to practice efficiency, effectiveness and profitability in line with the GDC guidelines and practice policies
- Establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the dental team
- Liaise with the practice manager on all matters concerning administration, pay and service conditions

**Key Tasks include**:

- Handling referrals that come into the practice
- Ensuring patient reports are checked by relevant dental staff prior to sending to patients
- Monitoring and taking actions for patients with no further appointments
- Managing the maintenance and service schedule for specified equipment/tools
- Analysing data from our dental management software
- Send out letters and resources to patients
