Here at Bank Partners we understand the challenges that physiotherapist face, from being burnt out, Dealing with emotional stress and sometimes a lack of support. We have worked closely with UCLH to understand how to help tackle this for the well-being of our professionals. The Trust strongly supports their staff, so they have created a project called well-being for a short or long-term wellbeing initiatives.
**What do we look for?**
- 2 GCSEs including English/ equivocal English qualification
- Understanding of roles of Allied Health Professionals and nursing in the NHS.
- Knowledge of clinical governance and risk management within the NHS
**What are your Responsibilities?**
- To work under the supervision of AHP and nursing staff in the performance of specific tasks for an individual or group of patients, as part of their goal directed treatment and rehabilitation programmes. Such tasks may include:
- Assisting the patients with functional activities of daily living (e.g. personal care)
- Working directly with the therapist to deliver rehabilitation
- Use of rehabilitation equipment as instructed by therapist
- Working alone on a ward delivering treatment as specified by therapy staff.
