**Requirements**:
In this role you’ll take our products, our impact and your career further. You’ll actively connect and consult with potential new clients - identifying their challenges and establishing where and how we can help. Combining your expertise with that of other teams across the agency, you’ll then define client solutions, create compelling proposals, and work closely with clients through the onboarding process. The experience you provide will delight our clients and the insight you bring will shape our sales and marketing strategies.
A challenge like this calls for a natural relationship builder with a commercial outlook and solid sales experience in a culture, employer branding or talent attraction role. If you have a strength in explaining integrated solutions or technical/data products, this will be an added benefit. A confident and engaging presenter, you know how to create and deliver high-quality and persuasive proposals.
You’ll be happy working with colleagues from all kinds of teams too. And, while this can be a remote role, you’re able to work from, or join us for meetings in, Manchester and London.
