**About The Role**:

We are looking for Anti-Social Behaviour & Enforcement Officer to join the team to help us create safe neighbourhoods, where our customers are proud to live.
You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive front facing enforcement services and be our anti-social behaviour expert. You will work alongside colleagues, in particular our Housing Officers to proactively provide assistance to resolve cases of anti-social behaviour, harassment, domestic abuse, hate incidents, tenancy/lease fraud, non-access cases or other breaches while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be customer focused, have experience in handling anti-social behaviour cases and be experienced in litigation.
This role is being offered on a **full time**, **permanent** basis covering the** Bristol** area, and a hybrid working style is an option. If requested by an internal colleague, we would consider changing this to an secondment opportunity.
To be considered for the role of ASB and Enforcement Officer, you will be / have:
- Experience in social housing or related profession.
- Experience in delivering specialist enforcement services in a comparable organisation.
- Experience in tackling anti-social behaviour, harassment, domestic abuse, hate incidents, no access and other breaches of contract at an operational level with relevant partner agencies.
- Experience in representing and advocating in court - obtaining with and without notice and defended or undefended injunctions and possession orders directly on behalf of a comparable landlord organisation.
- Demonstrable experience of improving customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of how to enhance performance or working practices to deliver improved value for money.
- Knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Legislation and case law and best practice.
- Knowledge of anti-social behaviour, harassment, domestic abuse and hate incident legislation and case law best practice.
- Knowledge of tenancy fraud best practice.
- Knowledge of legal casework best practice and of knowledge of quality management.
- Takes a flexible and adaptable approach to hours of work in order to meet customer and operational needs.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a suitable vehicle.
- CIH Level 4/ BTEC level 5 in Community Safety qualification or an equivalent relevant qualification. (D)
