Raising requisitions for equipment and services for the finance department. Monitoring regular and call off orders to ensure continuity of service and that orders are raised in a timely manner. Responsibility for dealing with the departments post including incoming cheques (incoming and outgoing) and distribution. Provide summary information to Heads of Department in relation to statutory training and appraisal review to ensure that the finance department is compliant with Trust targets.

Participation in preparation of documents for archiving by packing and labelling large boxes and removal to basement storage areas. Monitoring of the Authorised Signatory Database, adding and removing signatories as required. Monthly monitoring of signatories against Trust Leaver list and nominal roll. Organising collection of Confidential Waste for the finance department as required.

To be responsible for master keys and temporary swipe access. Ensuring that these are identifiable and available as required. To assist in organising events and meetings, to include room booking and facilitating asnecessary. To act as first point of call reporting maintenance issues are requesting portering support when required.

The post holder will adhere to, at all times, any Professional, NHS Code of Conducts and legislation relevant for their area of work. The post holder will make themselves familiar with, and adhere to, at all times, the policies and procedures of the Trust, and their area of work. The post holder will be expected to work to any Corporate/Division/Directorate/Department objectives and standards in order to provide an acceptable level of service. The post holder will be expected to undertake training, including mandatory and role specific training, relevant to their role and ensure it is renewed as required.
