Do you want to be a champion for best practice and lead on the development of the Programme’s Delivery Strategy for the restoration of a UNESCO World Heritage Site? If you are excited by the idea of playing a leading role on the UK's biggest heritage restoration project, then we have the perfect opportunity for you.

As the Programme Strategy Lead, you will report to the Head of Programme Development and support the delivery of the Programme Delivery Strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring a joined up approach across key stakeholders within the Programme, providing strategic analysis on how the programme can be ready for future phases. What's more, you will work closely with internal Delivery Authority teams to design, deliver and implement programme management model and capabilities across the organisation.

You will have a proven track record as an internal expert in a similar role with experience of developing and implementing delivery strategies for large scale heritage or infrastructure programmes. Your experience with setting up programme structure, managing change and implementing a robust programme model will be key.

**Salary circa £95,000**
