**Internal Sales**

T.N. Robinson Ltd. is an independent electrical wholesaler based in the North West of England and North Wales. Established in 1923, we have been owned by the same family for four generations, and we are proud of the reputation we have gained within our industry for providing exceptional customer service.

In light of our ongoing expansion, we are actively seeking a new team member to join our esteemed Internal Sales Team situated in Pwllheli.

**Responsibilities of an Internal Sales Team Member**:

- Providing exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone.
- Efficiently handling customer inquiries and requests.
- Picking orders from the warehouse.
- Booking in deliveries, stocking goods, and maintaining branch cleanliness alongside the team.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure smooth branch operations.
- Demonstrating self-motivation and willingness to participate in training courses for success in the role.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Strong work ethic and ambition.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, whether face-to-face or via telephone.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Diligence in maintaining a well-presented and organised warehouse and sales counter.

**Desirable**:

- Prior experience in sales within the industry is advantageous, but not essential.
- Possession of a valid UK driving license.

**Training**:

- After 3 months employment you will be given the opportunity to undertake full EDA (Electrical Distributors Association) training modules.
- The EDA product knowledge programme is designed to help you lock-in your customer relationships with outstanding product know-how that helps you and our business stand out from the crowd.
