- High school education
- Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, also with in our internal departments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, and to actively look for ways to help people
- Ability to adjust and to manage one’s own time
- High level of organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, proof reading skills, and speaking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments from a variety of staff and volunteers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism.
- Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision
