Hours Per Week - 37.5
We are recruiting for a new generation of insurance claims professionals looking to build a career in our award winning and growing personal injury department.
In six months we will teach you:
- How insurance works and how to deal with a claim when a customer has an accident - we cover both legal and insurance aspects with you.
- How you determine who is at fault for the accident.
- How to deal with personal injury claims submitted on the official injury claims portal.
- How to deal with claims for credit hire presented by one of our protocol partners.
After six months you will have the opportunity to progress/learn more about different aspects of personal injury and credit hire.
You will have a Manager and Team Coach that will support your style of learning, so you can build your confidence as you go.
**Required Skills/Experience**:
- Confidence in communicating with customers over the phone.
- Experience in handling insurance claims - This can be anything from dealing with the first notification of a motor incident to handling your own caseload of non-injury claims.
- Willingness to learn.
- Motivated and focussed on self-development.
