**Service Operations Manager**

**Full Time - Mon-Fri**
Our distinguished and successful client are looking for a driven and assertive Operations Manager who can communicate effectively.
**Duties will include**:
- Planning workflow within different departments enabling them to meet and maintain the achievement of monthly production targets.
- Identifying risks and providing solutions in order to minimise the impact it may have on the service and production aims.
- Regularly carrying out reviews on how to improve business plans with managers, as well as providing recommendations to the Head of After Sales.
- Creating and passing on information on department plans and communicates short term goals and objectives.
- Recognises opportunities for continuous improvement to improve efficiency, quality and performance through relative business improvement tools and techniques.
- Any other duties required
**You will have / be**:
- Educated to post graduate level in an Engineering discipline
- Strong leadership skills, ideally with a management qualification
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment, with an interest in Operations would be preferred
- Knowledge of business improvement tools and techniques
- Skilled in MS office platforms
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Strong project management skills
