London, United Kingdom The Copy Club Full time

Copy Club is a community that makes marketers feel set to smash their careers - we have over 1,100 members who pay to be in our community, as well as over 5,000 people who look forward to getting our newsletters.

Everything we do is focused on delivering an amazing experience that makes our members’ lives easier:

- A Slack workspace where they can connect & ask questions
- Newsletters, a podcast and online events that are loaded with practical tips & advice anyone can implement into their role
- In person events to connect with other marketers
- Courses that teach the skills marketers really need to learn to deliver growth in their roles
- Access to some of the hottest marketing jobs through our Match Making team

We are **really **ambitious.

Our vision is to have lively, buzzing communities in cities all across the UK and the world, and to continue to create a service so useful that our members simply can’t do their jobs without it. Sure, we’re not saving the world, but we have seen the amazing impact our work has on making people feel happier, less lonely, more connected, more inspired and confident.

In a nutshell, this role is all about keeping our members happy, and everything needed to provide them with an exceptional experience. This means, you play a crucial role in understanding what our members need so we can over deliver our product promise.

You will be integral to engage and build relationships with our members, so that you can act as the bridge between our members and the rest of the business. You will be there to assist and identify opportunities for improvement (we never stop thinking about how we can make things better) at every touch point with our members; onboarding, online and IRL events, courses, mentoring and more. You will also play a key role in our courses & training offerings.

**You'll have....**
- Experience managing a large community and understand the importance of offering an amazing customer experience to everyone.
- Experience setting up and hosting events.
- Experience using Hubspot, Mailchimp, Wordpress is ideal.
- Detail orientated; you love cracking through a to do list and enjoy making things ‘tidy’
- Charming & warm; skilled at building relationships quickly.
- Thoughtful & attentive; enabling you to understand the needs of our members.
- Great organisation skills, ability to prioritise effectively and work autonomously - you need to be happy spinning many plates at once
- A self-starter full of initiative and ideas, comfortable asking for forgiveness not permission.

**Salary**:£28,000 - £30,000

**Location**:This role will need to be based predominantly in the UK and able to attend member events in London (c. once a month).

**Flexible and remote first**:
We have flexible hours and a remote culture that means you can design how to make the most of your time. Hope will be travelling to Uganda next year, Han is working from Copenhagen for 2 weeks in November, and Tim blocks out a morning a week to take his 2 year old swimming.

For those of us in London, we have access to the Second Home co-working spaces to use whenever we want (whether that’s for solo work, or to meet with other team members). We also provide £150 per month to support your remote working life, which you can spend on your morning coffee, lunches with the team, on gym classes etc. We are remote first, but we also really encourage you to meet up
- 25 days holiday, plus your birthday off, and all UK public holidays
- Unlimited coaching sessions with MoreHappi
- Enhanced parental leave - we will share this with anyone interviewing so you don’t feel awkward asking
- Access to all Copy Club courses, training events and external mentors (more on this below)
