Paying up to £24,000 - this role is office based, working Monday - Friday 8:30 - 17:00 with 22 days holidays plus bank holidays with free onsite parking; client based in Teesside
You will have responsibility for:
- Contribute to the delivery of an excellent customer experience function, responding to and following up enquiries for customers; understanding the customer’s needs and providing accurate product information to generate sales
- Analysing customer feedback (positive & feedback); identifying and feeding back areas which need to be addressed to improve customer experience
- Log and follow up any customer complaints and feedback, utilising for product improvements or case studies/testimonials as appropriate
- Enters orders and other administrative tasks as required
- Identify potential sales opportunities in each interaction, identify and understand customer needs
- Respond to initial enquiries in a timely manner
- Effectively use data to identify customers approaching renewal; proactively contact customers to generate renewal sales
- Cross selling opportunities; alert customers to further buying opportunities
- Experience in a customer service or sales role
- Fluent in Italian
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to develop a clear understanding of customer behaviour and needs
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify critical issues and opportunities, evaluate options and provide clear recommendations
- Attention to detail
- Team work and building relationships across departments
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
