Do you have a working knowledge of a third-party risk assessment tool and experience of writing training operating procedures? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to support to the Third Part Risk Management (TPRM) Process Owner.

In this role you’ll primarily focus on providing the necessary support during a transition to a new Risk Assessment system (SARA) in order that the TPRM process within Procurement can support the business in identifying the residual risk that suppliers carry and making the right decisions on overall procurement strategies.

This is a unique opportunity to be involved in a project which is stabilising the new system as well as feed into the delivery of the landing of this project. This is an excellent chance to gain experience in a growing team and really make an impact

**The difference you’ll make.**
- Understanding of business requirements and new system functionality to produce Standing Operating Procedures for business users
- Being actively involved in UAT of the new system
- Managing stakeholders effectively
- Ensuring a detailed tracking and monitoring regime is in place to allow effective management oversight of the respective landscape and associated risks
- Providing full transparency of all challenges, risks and opportunities, embedded challenges and support the business in creating detailed plans to address them
- Being responsible for ensuring the TPRM section of the Procurement intranet is up to date and reflects relevant information

**What you’ll bring.**
- Working knowledge of a third party risk assessment tool (eg Coupa, Ariba or similar)
- Experience of writing training operating procedures

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Knowledge of Third-Party Risk principles and practices
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Procurement operations experience

**What else you need to know.**

This role is based on a 6 month secondment and will be located in either our Milton Keynes or Bradford office on a hybrid basis (twice per week at the office, the rest from home).
