**Customer Service Specialist**

DermaFocus is looking to recruit a Customer Service Specialist. We are a growing company and looking for people who are hungry to learn new skills and enjoy having conversion with clients to provide a world class customer service and support.

**The Company**:
DermaFocus is a distributor of clinically proven aesthetic products and devices, providing a range of innovative and diverse solutions with proven efficacy to aesthetic doctors and clinics. We are are growing our teams and services with the aim of providing world class service to our clients and introducing new and innovative products to the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage existing client base and identifying new opportunities
- Develop a good understanding of the businesses' products and services to facilitate detailed conversation with medical professionals and companies
- Understand the needs of clients to enhance all business opportunities
- Meet with clients as required either face to face or virtual
- Arranging calls and conferences with existing and potential clients to explain the benefits of our products and services as well organising training sessions
- Day to Day admin tasks including processing orders received from clients as well as placing orders with suppliers
- You may at times be required to work evenings, weekends to attend company meetings and exhibitions
- Maintain company records and all company equipment in good order in line with Company Standards

**Skills Required**:

- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Efficient administration and highly organized
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Keen interest in Aesthetic sector

**Location and working hours**:
Dermafocus office is based in Wimbledon and working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Quarterly bonus

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
