HR Generalist

I am delighted to be working with a medical practice based in Dromore, Co. Tyrone to recruit their new HR Generalist on a Full-time, permanent basis

**You will report into the HR manager and provide a professional HR management service across the company, this will include**
- Calculating annual leave
- Maintaining probationary and induction records,
- Updating HR & payroll records with new employee information.
- Recruitment & selection
- Maintenance of all employee HR records
- Policy & procedures
- Disciplinaries and grievances.

**What we are looking for**
- At least 2 years’ relative experience working in a HR Department
- 3rd Degree Qualification in relative discipline
- Proficiency in entire MS Office Suite, with attention to detail.
- Solid administrative, organisational and communication skills with the ability to train at all levels.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Confidentiality and the ability to communicate at all levels across all sites.
