**Senior Human Resources Generalist**

**Location: Omagh area, County Tyrone**

MPA Recruitment are currently working in partnership with our client in the Omagh area. This company trade in the industrial, plant, construction and agricultural market.

**The job will include**:

- Performance management
- Absence Management
- Employee Relations Management
- Disciplinary and Grievance
- Learning and development
- Organisational structure and design

An important part of this role will be taking part in training new employee's.

**The person for this role should have**:

- At least 2 years in a relative experience role
- 3rd degree qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages
- Solid administration level
- Ability to communicate across all levels and sites

**The company will provide a generous and competitive salary depending on experience and unique on the job training.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
