**Life as a Talent Acquisition Partner at CEF**:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at City IT you will be responsible for partnering closely with our hiring community delivering effective recruitment across a range of skill sets like Software Engineering, IT Infrastructure & Ops, Delivery, Business Intelligence, Information Security, Digital, Business Analysis and Architecture.

You’ll be working on managing end to end recruitment campaigns as part of a close-knit team establishing the fundamentals of a Talent Acquisition function here at City IT. The Global IT People Team is currently made up of 4 team members located across the UK and United States covering TA, Projects, Onboarding, Wellbeing and other value add activities with loads to get after on our To-Do list outside of recruiting

**Your Objectives**:

- Manage 10-15 vacancies of varying complexity in the IT department
- Build co-ordinated hiring strategies with our hiring community to deliver balanced shortlists, focusing on overall quality hires.
- Provide regular data-driven status updates to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager on hiring progress
- Drive continuous improvement within our Global hiring community, ensuring open feedback loops and fostering a community of continuous improvement.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Experience delivering IT recruitment across the full end to end lifecycle managing 10-15 vacancies at any one time
- You’ll have Strong stakeholder management skills and an expert relationship builder, able to partner closely with hiring managers to ensure we are hiring top tech talent.
- Knowledge and experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and CV Databases
- Previous experience recruiting technology roles in either agency or in-house environments
- Ability to influence and implement changes across diverse stakeholder groups

**Interview Process**:

- Screening Call with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager
- MS Teams meeting with a couple of the Global People Team
- MS Teams meeting with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager and our IT Director

**Location**:

- This role is predominantly home based however you may need to travel to UK Offices (Durham) around once a month or more depending on stakeholder partnering.
