**Night In-Room Dining Waiter (casual)**:
**In-Room Dining**:
The Langham, London; Europe’s first Grand Hotel and Forbes 5* rated property, is currently recruiting for a Night In-Room Dining Waiter to join our talented In-Room Dining team. We are looking for a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level.

In the role of Night In-Room Dining Waiter, your key focus will be to:

- ensure all orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to standards
- be fully conversant with all the In-Room Dining menu
- demonstrate excellent knowledge of food and beverage menus to guests
- provide prompt, friendly and efficient service
- personalise and engage with guests at every opportunity
- maximise sales opportunities, upsell where appropriate
- be responsible for ensuring bills are dealt with accurately
- prepare mise-en-place and ensure be prepared for service
- to remove trays and trolleys from the floors / rooms

Do you have?
- previous experience in a similar 5* environment
- strong interest in food and beverage
- flair, passion and a conscientious attitude
- confidence, professionalism and engaging personality
- ability to think outside of the box to surprise and delight our guests
- excellent attention to detail
- clear conversational English language, knowledge of foreign languages is beneficial
- ability to work between 23:00hrs and 07:30hrs
