What You'll Do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • You'll be responsible for delivering 5-star service, taking pride in everything you do while looking after all of our guests' needs. An important part of this is getting to know and understanding our new guests, as well as our regular guests, to ensure they receive the best experience.
  • Sometimes our guests have special requests involving purchasing specific food or beverage items, serving off-menu requests, pre-ordering meals, or placing additional fridges in the rooms. Most of these requests are fulfilled by the Night In-Room Dining Waiters with the support of the management team.

The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Night In-Room Dining Waiter, but we'll make sure you're provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
