**Description**:
To co-ordinate the Warehouse team, parts storage optimisation including put away and replenishment in support of maintenance activity in accordance with EASA Part 145 and industry regulations

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Stock Controllers in the Warehouse Team.
- Ensure the on-going competence of the Stock Controllers in the Warehousing Team.
- Provide guidance to the Warehousing Team on forward planning and priority setting.
- Own the storage and packaging standards processes.
- Define standards for all owned processes and monitor adherence to those standards.
- Conduct routine stock picks for the maintenance activity including lean bay initiatives.
- Conduct and monitor replenishment activities for vending and min/max parts.
- Ensure all owned processes are written and carried out in accordance with the MOE, EASA Part 145, MAA,
- dangerous goods regulations and industry best practice.
- Carry out the performance reviews and appraisals of the Stock Controllers in the Warehousing Team.
- Be responsible for ensuring that all components are stored and processed in accordance with EASA Part 145.
- Work in conjunction with the Logistics Operations Team to ensure parts are handed over for storage in a bonded
- warehouse.
- Be responsible for storage of military restricted goods and associated procedures.
- Be responsible for the design and location of stock to minimise movement waste and optimise process flows.
- Be responsible for ensuring that the annual stock taking program and snap checks are conducted.

**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:

- Capable of co-ordinating warehousing activitys in accordance with EASA Part 145 and CAA regulations.
- Knowledge of industry best practice storage and process flow methodology.
- Demonstrable experience in setting and upholding high packaging standards in line with the component approved
- data.
- Understanding of Maintenance activity in both a Line and Base Maintenance environment.
- Understanding of Lean methodology and process improvement techniques.
- Experience of co-ordinating an annual stocktaking program.
- Demonstrate experience in maintaining stock integrity including the implementation of assurance checks.
- Demonstrate experience in leading/mentoring a small team to assure high standards are maintained.
