**About the team/rewards**
You will be reporting into the Training Delivery Manager and joining TSS function (Training and Simulation). You will be part of a small team and have key relationships with the senior management team at RAF Brize Norton as well the Customer VTS department and Commercial/Procurement manager.
**Our Opportunity**
As a Business Coordinator, you will be providing support for the Voyager Academy at RAP Brize Norton assisting the senior management team. You will also help support the business administration, purchases for the site, project management as well as supporting bids and opportunities.
As part of this role, you will also have the responsibility of the ATO administrator post under the Thales ATO approval.
**About You**
You will need to be a motivated self-starter with regard to priority setting and have the following:
- Ability to build effective relationships with the Senior Management Team and Customers
- Able to work well in a team as well as independently
- Being able to demonstrate ownership and accountability in the execution of day-to-day activities.
- Organisation skills, ability to meet stretched deadlines and demands of the team.
- Proactive in finding solutions to problems
- Highly motivated and customer focused to deliver excellence
- Administration skills
- Knowledge of Training Management systems
