**What We Are Looking For?**
We're looking for a Key Account Coordinator to join our brilliant Sales team at our head office in West Oxfordshire. Our Heat Pump customers, both installers and homeowners alike, rely on the skill and technical expertise we are able to provide, as well as our ability to connect with people and our determination to get the job done.
We are looking for people who:
- Have some experience in a sales environment
- Enjoy working with new technology. You'll receive all the training you need, but you need to be comfortable working with controls, smart devices and ready to learn new control systems as they emerge
- Are able to manage their time and be self-motivated. This is so important, as our customers are busy people who rely on us and expect great customer service
- Enjoy solving challenging technical problems, by deploying logical problem solving methods
- Are happy being in the office. This is an office based role.
- Are comfortable and confident working with a computer.
- Take satisfaction from finishing the job and doing it accurately and completely
- Are dynamic, able to manage their time and be self-motivated.
- Not essential, but a nice to have would be some previous exposure to any relevant trade. This could be Plumbing & Heating, Electrical, Refrigeration or HVAC, or any relevant Tech/Engineering type environment.
**What Does A Key Account Coordinator Do?**
The key account coordinator will support the National Sales Manager and Senior Account Managers to provide exceptional customer service to our Key Account customers. Our Key Account customers and crucial to the success and growth of the business. We adopt a strategic approach, providing each Key Account customer with a unique service that fits their specific requirements.
The types of tasks the role will entail are:
- Producing quotations and processing orders
- Taking calls and discussing projects and plans
- Setting up technical support or project delivery requests
- Developing a rapport with customers
The job is an office job. Office hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm. The type of work you'll be carrying out will be largely computer based, so you’ll need to be comfortable and confident working with a computer.
Your working hours will generally be fixed week to week. The standard working week is 40 hours, though there will be on occasion a requirement to attend sales exhibitions over a weekend.

Basic Salary: We are a Living Wage employer. Current salary for the role is £23,000.00 per year.
The job is an office job. Office hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday; and 8.30am - 3.30pm Friday.
