We are looking for a further full time mortgage administrator to join our highly reputable, successful and professional independent mortgage & protection firm in Swindon.

Applicants will be responsible for supporting our busy mortgage brokers and their clients throughout the whole mortgage process. You will need to be highly motivated & professional.

**Responsibilities**

Creating case files & checking documentation.

Liaising with lenders, solicitors & estate agents.

Providing a friendly and dedicated support service for our clients.

Ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

**Experience and Skills**

Previous experience in estate agency, mortgage broking or banking is desirable but not essential.

An ability to prioritise tasks and work on your own initiative is essential.

You must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels.

You must be highly organised with great attention to detail.

You must be able to meet strict deadlines, often under pressure.

You must be highly literate, numerate and accurate.

You must be computer literate and confident with MS Word & Excel The ability to work well in a busy & fast paced and varied environment is essential.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
