Mortgage Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Administrator to join our team at Rayner Personnel. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mortgage operations, working closely with our advisor partners and customers to ensure a seamless mortgage and protection process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively progress Mortgage & Protection applications through to completion
  • Discuss additional services with clients, creating opportunities for uncapped commission
  • Consistently achieve and exceed targets, driving success for you and the team
  • Regular liaison with lenders, BDM's, providers, solicitors and clients to obtain updates and ensure a smooth process from start to finish
  • Ensure all documents are uploaded and communications are recorded on the appropriate systems within network timescales
  • Maintain a clean and reflective company pipeline
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's mortgage administration experience
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and always put them first
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team and adhere to strict deadlines under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of the mortgage process and regulations

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary up to £24,000 (DOE)
  • OTE £30k+
  • Uncapped commission/bonus scheme
  • Remote working (One day per month in our Bath office)
  • Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
  • Full in-house training and support to help you fulfil the duties of your role
