Essential Cuisine Ltd, part of Solina Group is one of the UK's leading manufacturer and supplier of stocks, sauces and gravies to the UK’s foodservice and food manufacturing sectors. Due to our continued fast pace of growth we are looking to appoint an experienced National Account Executive to join our successful sales team in Winsford, Cheshire.

**Purpose of the role**

To accelerate Essential Cuisine’s growth through delivering profitable sales in the National Account foodservice sector. The NAE will need to both identify and deliver new potential customers as well as growing existing relationships.

To achieve this, the NAE will develop long-term customer specific plans that include:

- Supply partnerships
- Agreed ways of working
- Active response to customer requests
- Identification of new business opportunities

The NAE will also be responsible for negotiating and closing opportunities and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

The NAE will perform the following activities in order to meet or exceed agreed sales growth targets:

- **Existing customer growth**_
- Manage an account portfolio of national and regional end users
- Drive and grow sales at end user level by leveraging key wholesalers
- Create and execute account plans/JBP aligned with customer needs maximizing marketing support
- Build positive relationships with key contacts
- Ensure a successful “concept to launch” through effective co-ordination, this includes completing feasibility appraisal, raising briefs, completing costing, raising packs etc
- Present new products and services that enhance value from existing relationships
- Work with Customer Care team and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
- **New Business Development**_
- Research, identify and develop potential new customers, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Win and develop new business within specified foodservice sectors
- Lead approaches and pitches through planning the development of proposals that speaks to the customer’s needs, concerns and objectives.
- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately and effectively
- Use industry events to feed on going growth/sales opportunities
- Leverage all Solina manufacturing capabilities
- Use contact network to open doors
