**The role**

The Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship is a new, 16-month HR programme for those wanting to embark on a journey of professional and personal growth and begin a successful career in HR. A fully supported role where, with guidance from our wonderful People Services teams, as well as our external training provider, you will be able to learn all that there is to know about working in Human Resources.

Throughout the apprenticeship, you will develop a host of core skills and behaviours to help you succeed in the workplace. We will ensure you have the support you need to take on new challenges and thrive within a professional workplace environment. This apprenticeship will sit within the People Services Hub where the HR operationally focused teams provide an extensive array of operational support, supporting people through joining the university (recruitment) all the way to leaving, and all people matters in between. You will have opportunities to understand what our teams do, build a varied range of experiences whilst growing your network and developing key relationships as you work on key HR related activities.

**Skills and experience**

This role will suit you if you:

- Possess excellent team working and communication skills
- Have a positive, can-do attitude coupled with good attention to detail
