**Sales Manager - Business Development - Hybrid Overview** You will lead a team of new business Execs who are responsible for securing new partners for the platform and beyond across a broad range of cultural sectors - art & design, music, and content creators. Your role will be to drive performance and growth withinyour team, while also working closely with the Head of Creator Partnerships to unlock new, strategic partnership opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implementation of a consistent sales process and structure designed to optimise efficiency and results
- Setting specific, challenging and measurable KPIs - and successfully driving team performance against these
- Lead the new business team supporting them in their development and setting an expectation of high performance
- Identify new opportunities for long-term strategic & integration partners, and work with leadership, finance and product to secure these
- Support the team on securing influential, high priority partners
- Responsible for growing revenue and creator launches
- Accurately forecast and deliver growth across all sectors
- Work with marketing to provide support for new creator launches where relevant
- Identify new revenue driving growth opportunities
- Drive the development of sales skills, including inbound/outbound prospecting, lead/qualification, and objection handling.

**Experience & Competencies**:

- A proven track record in leading a high performing business development team across different verticals
- Strong understanding of strategic objectives and business KPIs. Can confidently interpret business performance to their team.
- Commercial mindset, strong analytical skills; ability to analyse data and draw conclusions in a structured and concise way to make informed decisions.
- An established network of contacts within the creative industry
- Some experience of the US creative industry would be advantageous though not essential
- Effective at proactively addressing any sales performance issues through coaching & development and performance management
- Entrepreneurial mindset, always looking for new channels and areas of growth
- Effective influencer with the experience of successfully persuading senior stakeholders internally and externally
- Desire to take initiative; lean-in with your team; thrive with change and comfortable with ambiguity
