The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Imaging Hub is seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to support a range of administrative activities in relation to the efficient and successful delivery of our clinical trial ( MUK9 imaging sub-study) and supporting our wider research project portfolio, in line with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), standard operating procedures (SOPs), Trust policies and all applicable regulations and governance.

The post-holder should be computer literate, with the ability to work independently across a number of IT systems, have good time management and organisation skills. Excellent communication skills will be key to collaborative working both within the team and with relevant stakeholders both in the wider hospital and externally.
- To support the clinical research team with project administration, as required, to ensure the efficient and successful delivery of imaging clinical trials and imaging sub-studies, service evaluations and other studies according to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), standard operating procedures (SOPs), Trust policies and all applicable regulations and governance.
- To provide support to the research team (Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator, Senior Clinical Trial Manager, Senior Research Radiographers, Project Manager etc.) in the daily clinical trials and projects activity and assist in workload
- To ensure timely and accurate entry of data and relevant information into appropriate database systems for trials and projects and to assist the with the prompt resolution of data
- To schedule meetings and take minutes as appropriate.

- To ensure timely and accurate entry of data and relevant information into appropriate database
- Support research staff with preparations for sponsor and external audits/inspections.
- Assist with the archiving of study documentation at the end of the study including ordering archiving boxes and transferring relevant documents into containers.
- Assist research team with provision of information such as recruitment figures, recruitment statistics and data query resolution rates when requested.
- Ensure that all study and project documentation is completed, maintained and updated This would include the maintenance of sponsor and investigator files, CRFs, ethics and R&D correspondence and approval, supplies of patient information sheets and consent forms.
