We are looking for a Packaging Digital Transformation Co-ordinator to join the global Home Care team here at our HQ in Port Sunlight, UK. JOB PURPOSE
As a Packaging Digital Transformation Co-ordinator in Homecare you will be responsible for driving the digital strategy for packaging into the global and regional Homecare organisation.
Working closely with the Digital and Automation team, Digital Transformation Lead, Digital R&D and Business Units, you will drive the use of data for driving decisions, business systems and digital tools across Homecare Packaging, improving innovation speed to market, efficiency and cost reduction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the transition of digital packaging data into structured formats through business systems such as LIMS, defining and deploying best practice principles where necessary.
- Partner with internal one packaging digital transformation lead and DR&D to define and deploy the central digital strategy into Homecare business units.
- Co-ordinate digital and data community across Homecare ensuring a bridge between Homecare digital and automation, digital transformation, DR&D and Homecare business units.
- Support the definition of the digital strategy for Homecare Packaging based on the needs of the business for now and the future.
- Identify and champion ways to use data more efficiently.
- Promote the awareness and upskilling of digital in Homecare Packaging.
- Support in the validation of digital tools and capabilities designed by central capability teams and other Business Groups
- Identification and implementation of future digital technologies/ tools to drive decision making, speed to market, cost reduction or efficiency.
- Co-ordinate annual refresh of hardware and software requirements for global HC packaging team.
- Co-ordinate the day to day programme of the digital data apprentice.
ALL ABOUT YOU
- Co-ordination of projects across multiple remote teams
- Delivery through others.
- Good ability to read, work, analyse and communicate with data.
- An understanding of Business Systems and digital tools preferred but not essential.
- Strong communicator and influencer
- Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders with varying degrees of digital literacy.
- Proven project experience with ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and pro-actively
