Are you passionate about empowering individuals and driving economic growth? Futureworks is on the lookout for dynamic individuals to join our team of Skills Advisers for the exciting 'Skills Futures' project funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

We're seeking talented individuals with experience in teaching, training, assessing, or quality assurance within vocational sectors. If you have a background in Engineering/Energy, Landbased/Heritage, Construction, or Digital Skills, we want to hear from you

What we're looking for:
Relevant vocational qualifications (NVQ Level 3/4 or above)

Vocational Assessor's award or willingness to work towards it

Direct training experience and knowledge of accrediting learners in the workplace

Ability to manage your own caseload and deliver qualifications efficiently

Experience working with local employers and supporting learners in the workplace is advantageous

Join us on a hybrid basis, delivering from our learning centres across Pembrokeshire, employer premises, community settings, and through digital platforms. While the roles primarily operate Monday to Friday, flexibility for evening and weekend work may be required to meet project and business needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £25,979.00-£28,770.00 per year
