About You:
In support of Diageo’s continued growth and our commitment to our Society 2030 - spirit of progress plan, we have the desire to transform hiring outcomes in our mid-to senior hiring (L4 + L3) across Europe by hiring a Strategic Sourcer to be accountable for implementing our hiring strategy in this space. This role will enable the delivery of critical strategic L4 pipelines across SC+P and will also support with managing L3 hiring processes.

We are looking for a Strategic Sourcer who has a delivered senior to executive hiring, ideally in consumer environment and is at ease working effectively with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders, and with a diverse geography of stakeholders and business cultures.

About the Role:

That is to deliver improved gender and ethnic diversity in support of our Society 2030 ambition and to ensure the onward potential of hires being made at L4+.

This will involve the execution of the L4+ hiring strategy as outlined by TE Europe leaders and working with existing Talent Engagement team to deliver strategic L4 pipelines that are targeted on a number of critical capabilities.

In order to achieve this the activities that the role will undertake will focus on Attraction, Assessment and Cultivation:
Attraction
- _ Intentional market mapping for each pipeline to deliver high potential, diverse hires_
- Work closely with SC+P leadership to ensure that each pipeline is correctly sized and aligned with hiring forecast
- Ensure a balanced and diverse shortlist for finalized pipelines
- Create a talent ambassador capability within SC+P by working with leadership groups to activate their networks

Assessment
- Ensure rigorous assessment is being achieved and iterate with hiring team/HRBP to ensure quality of pipeline is maintained whilst accelerating representation ambitions

Cultivation
- Agree a monthly connection via calls, webinars, coffee catch-ups and newsletters with TE and Line Managers/Leaders
- Own collation of data for monthly reporting around L3 + L4 hiring activity

Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages
- A strong understanding of Senior Hiring in an consumer environment
- A business partnering approach that holds tension, drives accountability and delivers strong outcomes
- A creative and engaging approach to senior hiring that drives positive engagement with all partners
- Experience of using data and analytical insight to create mid to long term strategic plan for a function/business.
- Proven ability to engage, influence and energise business partners/stakeholders across a broad geography and diverse business landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and workload
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability driving continuous / transformative improvement within L4+ hiring
- A data driven approach to transforming hiring outcomes
