**Salute is a Data Canter service company and we have a 6 month fixed term contract role for an Operations Assistant to work remotely within the UK.**

**The Operations Assistant reports to the Business Operations Director EMEA **and will support the wider Shared Services team to develop processes and procedures to ensure the operations of the Organisation are smooth and effective.**

**As the position involves collaboration with different departments to increase overall work performance, strong attention to detail and exceptional business acumen is needed.**

**This position can be based anywhere in the UK.**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinates the planning and management of meetings, workshops and conferences.
- Prepares and/or guides the preparation of complex correspondence, spreadsheets, reports and other documents
- Undertakes research, conducts analysis and compiles data as directed.
- Document filing and file structure maintenance
- Supporting finance and projects teams with raising of POs and vendor onboarding
- Help with co-ordination of shared services project programmes
- Any other duties as and when required

**Qualifications & Experience required**
- HNC/D in a Business or Administrative discipline
- Working knowledge within an administrative or projects based environment
- Working knowledge with invoicing and raising PO's
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
