**About the role**:
Join the team as an AP Reconciliations Assistant and support the existing business at IVC by taking on more complex reconciliation tasks. This role is based in the Support Operations Centre at the Chocolate Factory (Keynsham) and comes with a Hybrid Working Contract.

As an AP Reconciliations Assistant, you will be responsible for owning part of an IVC ledger and allocated key accounts for reconciliation. You will also process weekly payment runs for your ledger and provide remittance advice to suppliers who have been paid. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring your ledger remains tidy and within SLA, maintaining good relationships with any problem suppliers, and liaising with suppliers regarding any month-end statement reconciliation actions that relate to your ledger.

**What are we looking for?**

Ideally studying AAT (or completed) or similar qualification.the post holder will need to display the following attributes and competencies:

- Clear and confident communication skills,
- Excellent IT skills (MS Excel)
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- A flexible approach to work
- Confident of dealing with a high-volume workload
- Ability to take the lead within the team, in the absence of other senior team members
- A strong team ethic
- Experience of Open Accounts would be an advantage
