**Eucalyptus **(or 'Euc' for short) is a healthcare technology organisation on a mission to deliver high-touch, high-quality care to millions of patients.

Eucalyptus is a house of consumer healthcare brands built off of a core shared technology and services layer. We have 4 healthcare brands that form the connective tissue between telehealth consults with doctors, pharmacy delivery and ongoing patient care. Our goal is to provide a differentiated and comprehensive care experience for a wide variety of patients and conditions.

**About The Role**:
Eucalyptus is looking for a resourceful problem solver to lead our UK Medical Operations function to provide an exceptional clinical experience to every patient.

As Medical Operations Lead you'll analyse problems, design solutions and execute. You'll spearhead our 'Med Ops' team in the UK, and work closely with our Prescribers, Pharmacists, Health Coaches and Patient Support Specialists to scale a sustainable tele-health operation that is safe, efficient and ultimately drives positive outcomes for patients.

You'll be responsible for creating the systems, tools, incentives and support to ensure our Prescribers can provide a safe and effective consultation experience for every patient. You'll also partner with other teams at Euc to develop and successfully launch clinically effective products & services.

**Key **Responsibilities**:

- Be based in London - reporting to our Operations Lead, also based in London.
- Find the root cause of problems, prioritise them, and drive initiatives across multiple work-streams including: medical operations, patient/medical support, health coaching, risk and more.
- Develop and scale our clinical offering (& team) to ensure that the outcomes we strive for are met.
- Help scale our safety and clinical governance systems to ensure that we continue to provide high quality, safe healthcare to our patients as we grow quickly.
- Be responsible for crunching the numbers to assess Prescriber performance and find insights in our data that will help drive better outcomes for patients, executing on operational initiatives that can improve efficiency & lower cost whilst maintaining high clinical standards.
- Conduct audits of practitioner interactions and use this info to drive behavioural change.
- Finally, you'll work with the broader team to define the strategy for our Med Ops function and clinical services across the UK (and beyond). You'll think through questions like - _Can our current clinician operating model scale to 10x volume? How can we use data to empower clinicians to provide a better consultation experience? What tools can we provide clinicians to allow them to complete more complex consultations, without sacrificing quality and safety?_

This role includes a healthy mix of fire fighting and long-term problem solving in a lightning-fast-paced environment, and is perfect for a generalist problem solver with a clinical background and a keen eye for detail.

**About you**:

- **Patient obsessed**: You understand and empathise with our diverse patient base; you work with clinicians to drive alignment and ultimately get better outcomes for patients
- **A skilled problem solver**: Robust analytical capabilities & attention to detail, with the ability to synthesise findings, draw out insights and execute on recommendations.
- **Manage many things at once**: Strong ability to prioritise, take initiative to manage a project end to end and communicate what's important to key stakeholders.
- **Executional powerhouse**: Strategy is simple, achieving it through flawless execution is what's hard. Maintaining momentum will require good judgment and acting quickly within a fast-paced environment.
- **Team player**: We're still a small team and there will be blurred lines between roles. We will all need to pitch in to get the job done. This includes being ready to help others, motivating the team and prioritising what will move the needle, regardless of task or team.
- **Strong generalist toolkit**: Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communications skills that can be applied across organisational levels, countries and cultures. Comfortable with numbers and synthesising data into clear insights and opportunities.

**Experience**:

**So, why join Eucalyptus?**:
We are one of the fastest growing startups in Australia and have maintained that same trajectory with our launch in the UK. We are proud to have built a patient-centric platform that provides end-to-end healthcare at scale.
