The Business Administration Apprentice will be responsible for providing effective administrative assistance to the branch, supporting the team with the day-to-day requirements of the business. Full training will be provided in all areas.

**What will the apprentice be doing?**
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is achieved
- Ensuring compliance across the rental desk to all operating procedures and policies as documented within the division’s operating manual
- Acting as a receptionist for visiting Company personnel, drivers
- Completing booking forms, rental agreements, breakdown reports and raise invoices to customers, making sure order
- Compiling information from customers to update the system
- Creating and maintaining appropriate filing systems in line with the requirements of the branch procedures manual and ensuring that the branch is adequately stocked with stationery

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**
- Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
- End Point Assessment

**What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?**
- There is opportunity to move to a full time permanent role after completion of the apprenticeship
- The salary will be between £10,982.40 - £22,672.00 - Under 18's will be paid £5.28 per hour and over 18's will be paid £10.90 per hour

**Working week**

Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch

Total hours per week: 40 hours a week

**Expected duration**

21 Months
