**Job Description**:
We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused New Patient Coordinators to join our team. Patient Coordinators will play a crucial role in facilitating the onboarding process for patients at dental practices utilising our service. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to guide patients through their initial interactions with the practice.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for new patients contacting dental practices using our NPC service.
- Greet patients warmly and assist them in scheduling appointments, answering questions, and providing information about the practice and its services.
- Collect and verify patient information, including contact details, insurance information, and medical history.
- Coordinate with dental practice staff to ensure smooth scheduling and efficient handling of new patient inquiries.
- Educate patients about the practice's policies, procedures, and payment options.
- Follow up with patients to confirm appointments, provide reminders, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and update patient information as needed in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the new patient onboarding process and enhance the patient experience.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administration, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and handle a high volume of enquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering and verifying patient information.
- Empathy and patience when interacting with patients, especially those who may be anxious or apprehensive about visiting the dentist.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling appointments and managing patient records.

**Benefits**:
Competitive salary circa £24k per annum based on experience, yearly bonus, company pension scheme.
