Our client, **Asiana Airlines** is recruiting **Cargo Traffic Agent** to join their business in the UK.

**Location**: Heathrow Airport (TW19 7LN)

**1. Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- To operate Aircraft which include weight & balance
- To quality check cargo ensuring all details are booked and received correctly including weight-check before & after flights etc.
- Assisting and managing our ULD system including monthly stock control and ULD rotation.
- To rebook cargo for any affected flight cancellations and during any emergency situation.
- To liaise with the Handling agent, sub-contractors & internal departments both local and overseas.

**2. Skills/Experience and qualification**
- PC skills to include Excel and Word.
- Clean driving license.
- Be passionate about airline working.
- Customer focused mind/attitude and self
- motivated and able to work under own initiative as an enthusiast.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- No Experience needed. (Understanding necessary air cargo and freight forwarding industry experiences preferred).
- fluency in English

**3. Other Working Conditions**
- Need a full 5 year checkable history and a clean criminal record check.
- Place of work : Usual place of work is near Heathow Airport. Required to work at Stansted Airport regularly.

**4. Salary & Benefits**
- **Visa**: Applicants are required to have the legal right to live and work in the UK (Please state what type of VISA you have on your CV)
- **Annual Salary**:23.5~29.5K per annum, depending on experience. (Please state your expected annual salary on your CV)
- **Recruitment**: Full-time/ 0.5 year probation
- **Working hours**:40 hours/week (including 1 hour lunch break)
- **Schedule**:Shift on flight schedule including weekends and bank holiday
- **Holiday**: 24 days + UK bank holiday
- **Insurance**:Only basic social insurance is provided according to the laws
- **Recruitment due date**: 2024-May-20

**5. PROCESS**
- 1st: Document review (Written review of submitted documents such as resume, self-introduction letter, and certificate)
- 2nd: Interview (comprehensive evaluation of skills required for job performance through interview and foreign language evaluation)
