**Position Summary**:
Are you young, energetic, and looking to grow in a property management career? This full-time role offers tremendous opportunities for progression. We envision this person eventually advancing to Senior Property Manager, managing other team members, further developing their skill set, and expanding the business property portfolio.

This role is vital to ensuring our properties and storage units are safe, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing, all set up to the highest standard.

**Position Overview**:
As the Airbnb Property Management Assistant, you will tackle a wide range of tasks to keep everything running smoothly and our standards high. The role is dynamic and fast-paced, perfect for someone who loves a challenge. You'll be setting up, coordinating, and purchasing furniture for our Airbnbs before they go live. Ensuring our properties are in 5-star condition will be your priority, conducting inspections, inventories on cleaning and maintenance, and managing stock of linen and consumables. You'll coordinate with multiple companies, gaining key skills in inventory management and team coordination.

Your responsibilities include setting up and staging Airbnbs, coordinating team members, conducting inventories and inspections, replenishing stock, and managing deliveries. This position is crucial for upholding our commitment to excellence and ensuring property owner and guest satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Routine Maintenance Inspections**: Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and safety of all serviced accommodations.
- **Replenishment**: Replenish stock and items in our storage units and properties as needed.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment at our storage site. Report when supplies need replenishing to ensure efficient maintenance work.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of activities, including work performed, materials used, and expenses incurred. Provide reports to the Operations Manager and other relevant team members.

**Qualifications**:

- No previous experience in maintenance required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Reliable and able to coordinate promptly with the team.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform minor manual labor as needed (e.g., receiving a delivery of IKEA furniture).
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

**Compensation**

£23,000-£25,000/year

45p/mile Petrol Allowance
