Macildowie are thrilled to be working alongside a fantastic organisation based in **Woodthorpe (NG5)**to recruit an experienced **Administrator** on a **temporary basis**.

This is a **full time** position working Monday to Friday working 7.5 hours a day.

Salary based between £11 - £13 per hour depending on experience.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the wider team.
- Maintaining filing systems and ensuring online records are regularly updated.
- General office assisting.
- Assisting the team with IT admin.
- Keeping on top of the school absences.
- To direct and manage team members to ensure that quality, performance, standards and deadlines are achieved.
- Ensure a communication strategy is in place to include parent's letters, website, social media and newsletters.
- Work on own initiative and to demonstrate the ability to solve unexpected or new problems in a methodical, efficient manner.
- Learn new skills and expand current skill set and to be able to pass on knowledge and techniques to others.
- Demonstrate good general interpersonal and have great communication skills written and verbally.
- Deal with conflicting demands and work flexibly.
- Experience within an administrative position.
