**Investigator Payment Associate** **Homebased in the UK**

We are looking to recruit several Investigator Payment Associate to join our global team performing clinical payments tasks.

**You will be part of an innovative and global Biotechnology company, who pride themselves to be one of the world's leading independent biotechnology companies. They focus on areas with unmet medical need with the ambition to help reduce the social and economic burden of disease in society today.**

**The role**

Check vendor payee details across multiple systems for accuracy
- Create site configuration package for CTPS (Clinical Trials Payment System)
- Manage CTPS initial and change requests in internal workflow system
- Manage CTPS access user requests
- Approve site invoices for sites using the Site Invoice Upload model within CTPS
- Approve manual payment requests for sites using the CTPS
- Prepare monthly site payment split payee allocation reports. Allocate & approve split payments in CTPS. Request ad-hoc invoice schedule of payees in parsing model.
- Liaise with SCBA and CTPS vendor as applicable to ensure accurate and timely processing of allocated payments on monthly schedule
- Deliverables

- Support Pricing Lead in investigating payment queries
- Participating in team/department special projects as required

Communication

Liaise across the &P team and with other departments such as local and global clinical teams and finance, to obtain necessary information required to configure the CTPS and resolve escalated issues.

Special Projects

Participate in department or cross-functional projects as defined by internal team goal or outside department needs

Deliverables

Study & site level configurations in the CTPS

Approved payments, invoices and report generation as required

**What is required**

Experience in the creation of site level clinical trial budgets
- 3 Ideally 1-3 years’ work experience in financial support or contract administration role
- BA/BS/BSc or BA/BS/BSc in Finance or Accounting

**What is offered**
