We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Digital Administrator and be part of a dynamic new team providing digital content for our clients and their carers.

As a Digital Administrator you will be the heart of this new and innovative service. Our mission is to provide high quality online and recorded sessions focused upon person centred aims and objectives; maximising independence for our clients and connecting them to their community. So, if you are passionate about people, creative in your delivery and have fantastic digital skills, then this is the job for you

The service will operate from a dedicated space outfitted with specific equipment provided. This means that you would be required to work from the service base at Coastal Lodge in Bournemouth.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- To take messages on behalf of the digital team, dealing with routine queries and giving appropriate guidance and advice.
- To create, maintain and interrogate confidential computerised information and records including specialised IT systems.
- To facilitate the delivery of digital activities including hosting live content and assisting with recorded media.
- To seek out and create new marketing opportunities including promotion on social media platforms.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Knowledge of office practices and computer systems.
- Knowledge of a range of IT systems including Microsoft Word packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Relevant and transferable experience in an administrative role.
- Strong team player.

Full time (37 hours per week), 6 month fixed term contract.
