This role is essential in driving sales and gross profit business with the Trade customers. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and contributing to our overarching sales goals. **Who We Are Looking For**:

- Experience in parts sales, preferably in the automotive industry but not a deal breaker
- Strong ability to engage and communicate effectively with trade customers
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive communication skills
- Understanding of automotive parts and products
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive sales approach
- Genuine passion for customer service
- Natural flair for sales calls and enquiries

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Working 0800-1800 Mon-Fri (45hrs)
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Mercedes-Benz parts and accessories
- Prospect trade parts customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, including features and benefits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers to ensure repeat business
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, aligning with customer requirements

**Necessary Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in a telephone sales role, automotive parts sales preferred
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Good working knowledge of computers and sales CRM systems
- Commitment to achieving excellent sales results
- Legal right to work in the UK
