**Are you able to engage and support a young person who has complex SEN?**

Fresh Start in Education are a provider of specialist interim education to young people who are marginalised from mainstream education. These students have complex SEN, SEMH needs and other barriers to education that prevent them being able to thrive within the classroom. Without Fresh Start's support and your expertise, they're at risk of being forgotten and isolated further.

**That's where YOU come in.**

Fresh Start are looking for an experienced and inspiring individual to work with a 16 year-old student from Acton, West London. She has significant speech, language and literacy needs in addition to visual stress and struggles with being in the classroom as a result of low confidence and self-esteem.

**Key information**
- You'll be part of Fresh Start's cohort of national tutors working on a bank staff contract.
- This particular placement is 15 hours per week in Acton, West London
- You're matched to students based on location, availability & experience and could be considered for other placements
- The sessions (from 2 to 5 per week) take place in young people's homes or public places and are 3 to 6 hours in length
- You'll plan & deliver a bespoke learning programme centred around the young people's needs & interests
