**Helpdesk Administrator - in a nutshell**
Reporting to the Helpdesk Manager, you will be the first point of contact for site maintenance jobs, resolving simple issues and escalating the more complex ones to the relevant parties. Your role is key to ensuring that our sites across our three brands; Brightside, Cosy Club and Lounge trade safely and legally and are maintained to a top-notch standard.
Previous Facilities Maintenance/Helpdesk experience would be great, but it's not a deal breaker. What matters most is that you'll have top notch organisation and communication skills, so our operations team know that when you are needed, you wont be afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in to support.
